What to know:
-I have some yoga mats and blocks to share. You are welcome to bring another yoga mat for a thicker layer. 
-Please bring 2 yoga blankets/throws + 2 towels.
-Feel free to bring an eye pillow if you like!
-Wear comfortable layers to suit your body’s flow movement and temperature. Option to bring a water bottle. 
 -$55 per person, payment due day of.
